• Better Vacuum Cups is proud to announce an all new design vacuum cup for the pod & rail SCM and Morbidelli machines.
• This cup will bolt to your existing round aluminum base plate (pictured here but not included).
• This cup comes with a replaceable rubber top that has a flexible lip seal to mirror your parts. Route into your cup, no problem, use the foam gasket to repair the lip seal and your cup is still usable.
• If you do not want to repair with gasket, simply buy a new top rubber top. Uses part # SC17472RT.
• Weight: 0.5 lbs
• Cup comes complete with green plastic block, rubber top, ball valve and hardware to bolt on your existing plate. It is important to note BVC does not supply any base – utilize the base you currently have.

Once you buy the base, you will only need to replace top cup due to operator damages. Cup can be routed into over and over and the foam gasket material can be added to recreate the seal. When cup is not in use, the ball valve protects your vacuum ports it is sitting over as it stays closed when no part is detected on the top.
• This cup comes in quarter size as well.

BVC REPLACEMENT VACUUM CUPS FOR TVN TABLE IN QUARTER SIZE

• BVC Replacement vacuum cups for the TVN table in quarter size. This is a complete cup, includes base, replaceable vacuum cups, ball valve, bottom gasket and top gasket for when needed. This base must be bought for cups to rotate in. Rubber replaceable vacuum cups are placed into base and can be rotated every 15mm degrees.
